The ECOWAS Commission, through its department of economic affairs and agriculture, as part of the world bank funded project for the harmonisation and improvement of statistics in West and Central Africa (HISWACA/PHASAOC) is holding technical workshops in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, from the 18th to 22nd of May, 2026.
The sessions focus on Big Data, Sectoral Statistical Indicators, and Environmental Statistics to strengthen regional statistical systems in ECOWAS member states.
